Acceptance of Terms. By using https://camshomeandyardcleanup.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Cam's Home and Yard Cleanup markets and arranges Residential Junk Removal, Commercial Junk Removal, Garage Cleanouts, Eviction Cleanouts, Hoarder Cleanouts, Yard Cleanup, Residential Pressure Washing, Commercial Pressure Washing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. Cam's Home and Yard Cleanup (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. Cam's Home and Yard Cleanup may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cam's Home and Yard Cleanup makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Cam's Home and Yard Cleanup's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Cam's Home and Yard Cleanup against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OR law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OR for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Modifications. Cam's Home and Yard Cleanup may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
